Volvo Group Bulgaria is part of the Central East & East Sales Area and an organization with approximately 180 employees in total. We are proud of our 6 workshop locations in Bulgaria, serving both Volvo & Renault Trucks in the country.
As a Volvo Trucks Sales Manager, you will be located in Sofia, be part of the local management team and report to the Managing Director. You will manage, develop and inspire a team of 17 people within the New and Used trucks Sales & Marketing department.

The role
As a Sales Manager for Volvo Trucks Bulgaria, you will lead the execution of the operational plan and you will manage the Volvo Trucks portfolio, products offering and providing high-quality services to our customer.
By designing, and implementing decided strategies, actions and tools, you will support an effective and efficient Trucks and Services sales business.
Your responsibility includes the fulfilment of financial (sales, GP, S&A, and inventories) and operational (market share and customer satisfaction) KPI's, according to Volvo Trucks framework. You will be monitoring performance and providing reporting analysis upon request.
As a leader you are someone who enables the development of motivating and relevant objectives. The performance is followed up systematically and it is done through supporting and coaching for the success of our employees and the business.
Your competence and responsibilities
• In-depth understanding of the Truck Sales business model, the business environment and customer needs
• Matrix line management experience
• Financial and operational management experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in leading and coaching a team to perform and transform
• Passion to drive the team towards securing a number one image position
• Define and develop product and sales strategy
• Developing long-term customer relationships
• Represent the market in regional activities
• Fluent English
