We are looking for a Logistics Expert for our new truck sales operations in Bulgaria.

What is the Job?

As a Logistics Expert you will be responsible for the total order-to-delivery process.

You will play a vital role in the activities and processes that help the sales organization run effectively and efficiently in order to support business strategies and objectives.

Your contribution will be essential for the customers’ success and satisfaction.

 

Your core responsibilities will include:

 

·         Secure ordering process from down payment to start up production

·         Update the production program

·         Issue invoices, delivery and registration documents needed in accordance with country specific legal rules

·         Ensure the transportation of the trucks from the factory/bodybuilder, follows the agreed terms of delivery and informs the sales staff accordingly

·         Registers new customers and maintains the customer database

·         Supports the sales representatives with regard to regular reports and documentation

·         Supports the Sales manager and CFO with regard to monthly and quarterly forecasts

·         Perform root cause analysis of issues and implement corrective actions

To be successful in this role, you must have a drive to proactively address customer needs and feel accountable about the quality of the service. You will need to effectively work in teams and fast-paced environment and must have good time management skills.

 

You also need the following...

You’ll be a counterpart of colleagues from all levels within and outside the company, so you’ll need excellent communication skills, including fluency in oral and written English. You will also need strong experience with MS office (focus on Excel) and with database programs.

 

Education & Experience:

University degree preferably with technical or economic background, experience in providing customer and/or technical support is a plus.
