Role
You will perform tasks related to control over correct keeping of all initial documents, monetary and stocks outflow, accounting of documents.
You will be part of Financial Control and Accounting team in Volvo Group Bulgaria where we perform with purpose and work with passion, where team work, accountability and trust are our core values.
You will report to the Manager FCA.
Main activities and responsibilities
• Register chronologically accounting operations
• Keep systematic accounting registers for compilation of accounting information
• Maintain accounting database
• Prepare preliminary and secondary accounting documents
• Take part in interim and annual closing of accounts
• Make accounting records, and if needed reflect their changes by formulating adjusting accounting entries
• Retention of accounting information in compliance to the regulations by law
• Participates in developing of the accounting policy of the company, the annual financial statements, inventories and checks of property custodians.
Required competencies
• Knowledge of finance & accounting legislation
• Very good computer skills (MS Office)
• Good command of written and spoken English language.
• Teamwork
