We are looking for our new Service Sales Representative – Parts & Service, who will represent our service network as a trusted business partner to our customers in Western Bulgaria.
Mission
To develop, manage, and grow a profitable customer portfolio within the assigned sales territory by identifying new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell genuine spare parts and service solutions through regular customer visits
- Identify and develop new customers, while growing and maintaining existing service customers in West Bulgaria and the Capital city
- Sell and administer service agreements
- Actively contribute to the creation and promotion of service sales campaigns and initiatives
- Participate in commercial teams and events focused on customer relationship management
- Consistently deliver strong performance in line with commercial targets, KPIs, and business objectives
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, supported by formal sales training and a customer centric mindset
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and confidence to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute sales activities in a disciplined and structured manner
- Valid driving license and readiness to travel within the assigned territory
- University degree
- Fluency in English
- High energy, strong drive for success, and a clear ambition to outperform targets
