Volvo Trucks Sales Representative

A confident and driven Sales Representative for Volvo new trucks with a strong commercial mindset and a clear passion for winning business. Mission:

Develop, manage, and grow a profitable customer portfolio within the assigned sales territory by identifying new opportunities, building long‑term partnerships, and driving sustainable sales growth of new Volvo trucks.

Main responsibilities:

·       Proactively identify, approach, and develop new customers within the assigned territory

·       Build, manage, and expand long‑term, trust‑based relationships with existing clients

·       Understand customer business needs and translate them into tailored, value‑adding commercial solutions

·       Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to confident negotiation and deal closing Drive opportunities forward with strong commercial judgment and a clear focus on profitability

·       Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery

·       Collaborate effectively in cross‑functional commercial teams to maximize customer satisfaction and business results

·       Consistently deliver strong performance in line with defined commercial targets, KPIs, and business objectives

Key requirements:

·       Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within an international or complex business environment

·       Strong negotiation and closing skills, supported by formal sales training and a customer‑centric mindset

·       High level of self‑motivation, resilience, and confidence to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline

·       Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute sales activities with a disciplined and structured approach

·       Valid driving license and readiness to travel within the assigned territory

·       University degree

·       Proficiency in English

·       High energy, strong drive for success, and a clear ambition to outperform targets
