We are looking for an Order Management and Logistics Specialist for our truck sales operations in Bulgaria.
About the Role
We are looking for an Order Management and Logistics Specialist to support the full order delivery process for new Volvo Trucks. You will coordinate between customers, suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the order lifecycle from down payment to production start
Update production schedules and ERP/CRM data
Issue invoicing instructions and secure full payment
Communicate delivery dates, changes, and delays
Maintain complete and compliant documentation
Plan transport and coordinate secondary movements
Arrange license plates, insurance, and certificates
Work with local and international suppliers
Track shipments and optimize lead times
Support invoicing with accounting
Maintain customer records and CRM data
Assist CRM integration and reporting
Follow legal, internal, and compliance standards
Identify process improvements
Requirements
3+ years' experience in logistics, order management, sales admin, or supply chain
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Result oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems independently
Comfortable handling challenges and proposing solutions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Customer focused mindset and clear communication skills
Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
Fluent in English & Bulgarian
Strong Excel skills
