The truck industry is fast paced and demanding. We are looking for a Volvo New Trucks Sales Representativе, responsible for the performance and development of Volvo new trucks sales in North East Bulgaria. You will report to Volvo Trucks Sales Manager.
Mission
Reach agreed and committed sales targets for new trucks and soft offers, volume and price, and expand the customers’ portfolio in the different segments. Build and strengthen customer relationships, short term and long term. Act in accordance with Volvo Group values, taking into account the full scope of the customers’ total needs.
Main activities and responsibilities
• Offer and sell the right transport solutions to the right customers
• Find new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Decide and deliver targets and activities per customer
• Specify vehicles according to customer needs
• Responsible for the overall truck sales process
• Cooperate with other teams and colleagues from the organization and proactively participate in commercial crews
Educational, training qualifications and required competencies
• Desirable previous experience in commercial area
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the different vehicles types and soft offers will be an advantage
• Ability to establish good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently
• English language – basic level of reading and understanding is required
• IS/IT competence
• Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Clear Driving License and ability to travel
