We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to our ambition that every truck is sold with a service subscription. Expected outcome is go-to-market approach on how we package, sell and price service subscriptions to secure customer uptime, loyalty and satisfaction.


Position Description

You will adapt and develop digital customer platforms (Volvo Connect) to the service network and

administrate service market offerings that create value for our customers.

You will take part in deploying innovative solutions connected to electromobility as well.

You will work with the whole Volvo Truck organization on development of offers and follow-up of

deliveries to improve business performance and results.

You will report to Service Market Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • administration of service subscriptions for Volvo trucks
  • development of the internal and external knowledge about service subscriptions
  • follow up of expiring subscriptions and coordinating actions with sales force
  • developing the potential of the connected planning and cross functional subscription offering
  • securing proactive digital interface between customers and service network
  • implementation and follow up of service offers sales tools
  • collaborating with Service Market team to improve customer uptime and increase sales
  • active participation in commercial crews for customer relationship management
  • support independant operators for registration and access to Volvo Group systems and services
